I find it very unfortunate you want to slander my name, I have call logs that show I have taken your calls and responded to your 10pm text messages not once but several times. The issue was not my service or lack of experience, It's your lack to qualify and submit a offer that the seller will accept. You were told several times the seller would not entertain a offer 18k under the list price as they had just listed the property. In the end I got the seller to accept 65k but you made the decision the highest you would go is 60k, Not sure how that is my lack of service or inexperience. Like I said in my last communication with you, I wish you luck finding a piece of Land under 60k that meet your specific criterias.
